I had the pleasure of meeting Elisabeth a few years back at a mutual friend's wedding. Our husbands were both groomsmen and we sat with each other and chatted the night away. She is the sweetest, toughest, most driven mom-to-be I've gotten to work with. Not only was she pregnant, but she is in nursing school AND still teaching spin class! In fact, finals were right around her due date. How's that for inspiration?
Elisabeth had a rough bout with melasma (or mask of pregnancy) that darkened her cheeks. I still wanted to make sure her gorgeous freckles shined through and didn't want the makeup to look too heavy, so with some concealer tricks and a fresh pop of blush I was still able to achieve a natural look.
